FAQs

  • Why should I schedule a consultation?

Before we jump right into the good stuff we need to make sure the energy matches on both sides! I want to make sure I can be the absolute best possible help to you in every way postpartum. I recommend scheduling a Discovery call first to get an understanding of what support they need, then we meet in person to go over support options more in depth. Phone consults take just about 30 min and in person meetings take about an hour. I prefer them to be in person, but can absolutely accommodate virtual when needed.

  • What if I already had my baby but still want help?

Whether you are 6 months away from giving birth, or 6 weeks into postpartum, I can always find a way to help! Planning your support ahead of time can be ideal, but sometimes that’s not how life goes!! That’s okay, and that is a big part of parenthood ☺️ No matter where you are in your postpartum journey, it is never too late to reach out for some help.

  • How much does your support cost?

Support can look different for every family! I tailor my support direction according to the vocal and physical cues of my clients (sometimes we don’t always say what we really need!) During our initial consultations we discuss in depth what your postnatal journey might look, and feel like, for you and your family, as well as some helpful tips on things you might not know to prepare for! My hourly price for support is a flat rate. I offer pay as you go options, or packages paying for hours all up front. There is a retainer that is required to hold your requested time that is determined depending upon your support. This retainer will be applied towards the contracted hours and can be used up 12 weeks after DOB.

  • Can you help with feeding?

Absolutely! I can support with any feeding questions you may have during our Postnatal Support sessions. I can show you tips for breastfeeding and bottle feeding!

  • How will your courses help me?

My courses are tailer made to get you all the way from the moment you find out you are pregnant, up to 12 months after baby is born. Any and all the questions you may have about being a parent are covered. Plus we meet once a month to connect face to face for any additional questions you might have.

  • What ages do you work with, and how long does the support last?

For nutrition, I support during prenatal all the way up to 5 years old! For postpartum support I offer in-home support days & nights up to 12 weeks postpartum.
